ADA Seating:
The DCU Center recognizes the special needs of the physically challenged. Every effort has been made to comply with these needs, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Door 13 of the arena and Doors 1 & 2 of the convention center are handicapped accessible entrances. There are also designated elevators within the convention center for greater convenience.
If you have any unique special needs, please contact the DCU Center and we will try to accommodate your request based on availability of seating. Listening devices are provided to our hearing
impaired patrons who request them.
Physically challenged seating is available in various price levels and sections of the arena. For more information, please contact the Box Office at 508-755-6800 ext. 2164.

How do I get my pre-purchased registration ticket for the day of the conference?
Iron sharpens iron will e-mail tickets to your women's ministry leader two weeks prior to the event.
Should I bring my bible?
Yes! Following in the Word will not only help you personalize the speaker's messages, but will allow you to take notes in your bible to help you reflect on what you've heard!
How long is the conference day?
Although the doors will open at 8:00 a.m., the actual conference runs from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
What age group of women is this conference designed for?
The Conference is specifically designed for women of all ages, 13 and up!
Is this conference appropriate for my teenage daughter?
Yes! Topics will be appropriate for women ages 13 and up.
Do you provide child care?
No. However there will be a small room available for nursing mothers.
How should I dress?
Dress casual and comfortable. Sometimes the rooms can be very cold or hot; therefore, you may want to dress in layers.
Are seats reserved or open seating?
The conference is open seating.
How are seats assigned?
Seats are assigned on a first-come/first-served basis.
Is lunch provided?
If you are attending the Worcester, MA conference you can purchase lunch on site at the convention center. If you are attending the Milford, PA conference you can pre-order you lunch through the ISI
website. If you did not purchase a lunch ticket you may bring your own lunch with you or order something from town. Make it fun! Have a tailgate party! Be creative!
How long is the lunch break?
The lunch break is approximately 1 ½ hours. The exhibits will also be open during this time as well as a few meet and greets with various speakers
Where can I eat my lunch?
Lunch can be eaten anywhere except for in the sanctuary. Be creative with your lunch time!
Can we get CD's of the seminars?
Yes. Also available on MP3 for download.
Will there be women's ministry exhibitors with resources for sale?
